Automotive Sales Executives

We seek a number of bright, intelligent individuals with the core skills and ability to train towards being an automotive sales executive within our dealerships across Warrington, St Helens and Southport.

Full training and support will be given, with excellent sales process development and product knowledge. You will work within a retail motors sales team and learn all aspects of the motor trade, franchise systems and sales techniques with genuine progression into a full sales executive within 3 to 6 months ( subject to individual progress and review).

Potential annual earnings are £30k - £40k pa + Company Vehicle
The successful applicant will have:  full UK driving license, smart appearance and superb communications skills with good computer literacy, reliability and outgoing nature with a zest for sales. Above all a genuine desire to join the motor trade.

Experienced Technicians

Reporting to the Service Manager, key responsibilities include the servicing and repairs on new and used vehicles, ensuring the work is completed on time (and within standard times) economically and efficiently. Core skills required are the ability to efficiently diagnose standard/complex faults, to continuously improve working methods and standards and to coach/mentor colleagues in best practice in the workshop. This position is ideal if you are MOT trained however if you are a qualified technician looking for the next step on the career ladder, there is possibility for development into the role for the right candidate.

You will be a qualified technician who can bring established skills and high standards to a dynamic team or a qualified technician who aspires to develop into the role.

Ideal candidates will be committed to providing a quality service with high standards of customer care. A 'right first time' attitude is essential as is the desire to continuously improve personal and workshop performance and a Full UK Driving Licence.
