The salesman was very helpful and friendly, not pushy and condescending. The only problem I encountered on at least 3 occasions was lack of communication and passing on of telephone messages between other members of the team. Otherwise any problems I've had have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.

The experience at Chapelhouse Southport was great because good customer service and showroom was excellent. Only criticism was they tried to push the GAP insurance, not just once but twice we had to sit through two people trying to sell us this. We felt like we were back at school, teacher/pupil came to mind! Even though we said we understood it and did not want it. We have had no after sales phone calls whatsoever as promised.
