I was at Chapelhouse, Liverpool Road last Thursday when I dropped my car off for it's MOT. The service I received was excellent.In particular the service advisor, Clare Johnson was very efficient and helpful, despite managing a very busy reception on her own. The MOT took just over an hour. The tea was excellent. The toilets were very clean and the car was parked ready for me to drive off.
