My experience at Chapelhouse St Helens was beyond amazing. Colin was welcoming when we entered the court however not pushy. He let us know he was around if we had questions or needed him. Colin was thorough with his explanations of the options I could take and gave a lot of information which really helped me make the correct decision that suit me and what car the was needed for. There was great communication throughout the process and I was made to feel important and a valued customer. He ensured everything was explained in a way I understood. Upon collection of the car the experience was smooth and easy. Once home there was an issue with the car. After calling chapel house and soaking to a manager who wasn’t so helpful, once Colin was aware there was an issue he went above and beyond to ensure the issue was solved. Taking time out of his busy Saturday where he could’ve been making more sales, but was actually driving to my home to help rectify the issue with the car. And the issue was resolved. Thanks to Colin’s excellent customer service and going above and beyond this prevented us from handing the car back as after first speaking with the manager who seemed to show no interest in our issue and wasn’t helpful what so ever. It felt like they had our custom and we didn’t matter anymore. So Colin saved the day and the Sale!! I couldn’t recommend Chapel house enough and would point any friends or family in the direction of Colin especially due to his commitment and dedication to our Journey from start to present as he has been in continual contact, ensuring everything is okay and that I as a customer am happy with the product sold to me. Massive thank you to Colin, cannot praise you enough for going the extra mile and giving up your time on what I know could’ve been a successful selling day/commission day for you.
