I'd endorse Chapelhouse St Helens because the service I received was fantastic and they couldn't have been more helpful
I'd definitely recommend Chapelhouse Southport to friends and family because I received excellent services
Chapelhouse Milner Street were great because helping and choosing the car they were great. The car only came with 1 key fobe and I was advised that one would be ordered and the sales person would contact me in the week to confirm this. He never got back in touch so eventually I called the dealership and was told he was on annual leave. Why he promised to call me when he must have known he was on leave was puzzling. After numerous phones calls with no one helping I had to go back into the garage to speak to someone. I was again told someone would be in contact and they never did. I again had to go in the next day and threaten to complain and speak to a manager before anyone took notice of me. The manager then confirmed the key had been ordered, if this had been communicated to me earlier like I was promised I would have been completely satisfied with the whole experience. Unfortunately this left me frustrated and disappointed.
The staff at Chapelhouse Preston were good because very professional, helpful and friendly

I'd recommend Chapelhouse Southport to anyone because, my previous experience with chapelhouse wasn't great so I was dubious but thankfully the previous sale person had left and my purchase was handled by a very nice, friendly person who wasn't just interested in making a sale!
Friendly people but made promises that they couldn’t deliver but overall got the car I wanted but did not get the extras that they stated they would provide me with for example car mats and full tank of petrol
I found the salesperson friendly and professional. Had an issue with the car after pick up but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The experience at Chapelhouse Folly Lane was great because I had visited other Suzuki dealerships but did not have as good a response to my enquiries or questions as I had at Chapel house. I also feel I got a good deal on the car I bought. Thanks Peter, Regards Kev.

Chapelhouse Folly Lane were fantastic because they made the purchase easy/pleasurable.
Chapelhouse Folly Lane were fantastic because it was friendly and professional. Mark Baker was very professional and explained everything to me. I only picked up yesterday so I would not have a phone call as yet. Mark sorted out the 7 day insurance and I did the car tax from there. When I checked the website before I visited I thought there was a lot of choice and the cars were good value. Good all round experience.
Chapelhouse St Helens were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they didn't make me feel pressured to make a decision, they were knowledgeable about their products, they didn't make me feel rushed and we're happy to work with me to chose the best package for me.

My experience at Chapelhouse Southport was memorable because , Mike was very pleasant patient not pushy let me look at the car at my own pace, explained everything about the car and finance package, couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable experience.
I'd endorse Chapelhouse Wigan because the experience before, during and after has been excellent. The original car we looked at wasn't what we wanted (even after the initial paperwork was printed) and there was no issue or complaining when we changed our mind and asked to view another vehicle. All aspects of the sale were properly explained by our salesperson Liam and he remained professional and polite through the whole process. After the purchase of the car we were invited back as our alloys had already been scheduled to be refurbished, on arriving we were offered refreshments and then given a courtesy car as there would be a 2 hour wait. I have already been recommending Chapelhouse Wigan to everyone I know. This is our second purchase from Chapelhouse and it won't be our last.
