Suzuki comes out on top!
Added: 06 September 2018
Suzuki has been named as the most reliable manufacturer in the 2018 What Car? Reliability Survey. The results are taken from those who know cars the best – their owners.
Readers of the motoring magazine were asked to report on their experiences of their vehicles after one year, and up to four years, of ownership.
Of the 31 car brands surveyed, Suzuki came out on top with a mightily impressive score of 97.7% of satisfaction. Suzuki remained a top-five scorer when measuring the four-year satisfaction rating, coming in 4th with an 88.4% rating.
The fantastic news for Suzuki didn’t end there.
The stylish Suzuki S-Cross SUV reported an incredible 100% reliability rating from its owners, with not a single fault recorded.
What Car? editor, Steve Huntingford, commented: “Not a single S-Cross caused its owner any trouble, making this not only one of our favourite budget small SUVs, but also the class’ most reliable car.
“Many owners told us the best thing they like about the S-Cross is its durability.”
The outstandingly reliable S-Cross has a choice of 1.0-litre or 1.4-litre Boosterjet petrol engines, and is available at Chapelhouse Suzuki in Southport, St Helens, Warrington, Wigan and Preston.
The S-Cross has low rate Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) and HP agreements until the end of September 2018. This is in addition to a £2,500 customer saving for SZ4 models and a £3,000 saving on SZ-T and SZ5 models till the end of the month.
Taking a 1.0-litre SZ4 model as an example on PCP, a deposit of just £2,104 is required, followed by a 48 monthly payments of £199 and a final option payment of £5,534 to keep the car. The representative APR for the PCP agreement is 5.9%
