Chapelhouse Southport were great because I was made aware of everything leading up to the car pick up. But buyer beware. Everything went really well until I had a letter from the finance company on my previous car to say the final settlement hadn’t been paid by Chapelhouse. I had cancelled my DD as per instructions so I had effectively defaulted on my payments. I had to to do the phone calls to Chapehouse and the finance company to get it sorted. Wasn’t pleased about that really. But this is my 4th car with them over the years and I hadn’t had a problem till this one. I would still buy from them.
