We support our staff with regular 1:1s and appraisals to help them achieve and grow in areas that they are passionate about and provide continuous training and learning opportunities that are completely covered by the company.

We offer industry leading apprenticeships that help fast track people's careers. Many of our staff have worked from apprentice to Management across different areas within Chapelhouse.

We believe that everyone should be able to comfortably express themselves and feel that they can bring their whole self to work.
