Who We Work With
In 2022, we turbocharged our business here at Chapelhouse. We began working with a host of new partners to streamline the customer experience and to offer our Sales and Service teams more efficient working practices.
Dealerweb
Dealerweb is an enquiry management service that is tailor-made for the automotive industry. They helped manage over 3 million customer leads across 12,000 users last year alone.
Dealerweb was rolled out in Chapelhouse dealerships at the start of 2022. For our Sales Executives, it allows them to manage their diary and keep on top of their appointments with customers. Order form creation and the ability to stack deals is its primary operation for the Sales Managers and Heads of Sales.
Keyloop
Keyloop is a global provider of digital solutions for the automotive retail industry. The new Keyloop phone system that was installed in every Chapelhouse dealership has revolutionised how we can keep on top of our customers every need.
Customers details are stored and on hand when they make contact, included their car's registration, whether they are sales or service customers, and what date their service and MOT are due to be booked.
Tunap
Tunap develops chemical maintenance, repair and troubleshooting products that are used in a car's annual service, or whenever a problem may arise, to keep things running as smoothly as possible. From engines to brakes, air conditioning systems to bodywork, Tunap provides Chapelhouse with sustainable goods.
Tunap oil and fuel system services maximise fuel efficiency and lowers fuel consumption, cleans your engine, removes black sludge build-up, and protects against engine damage. Similarly, the Tunap brake service prevents corrosion and seizing of the wheel/hub assembly.

It is a service designed to help you keep your car in great condition, without compromising your insurance no claims bonus. So, your vehicle's bodywork will remain in great condition and its value will be maintained.
