Kia EV6 named 'Best Large Family Car'

The Kia EV6 collected yet another prestigious motoring award, this time being named as 'Best Large Family Car' at the 2024 Parkers New Car Awards.

Judges praised Kia's flagship electric crossover's all-around appeal to buyers and its ability to provide families with a stress-free EV experience. The award was decided by Parkers' readers, in partnership with Absolute Radio.

In 2023, the EV6 won the Parkers Award for 'Best Large Electric Car'. However, this latest win for the EV6 was all the more special due to this being the first time the Parker New Car Awards have featured both EVs and ICE-powered (Internal Combustion Engine) cars in the same category. 

The EV6 came out on top against several electric rivals, as well as well-established petrol and diesel family cars. 

The spacious interior of the EV6 seriously impressed the judging panel, combined with great performance, prolific handling, and electric driving range.
