The OMODA Super Hybrid System (SHS) is the exciting new, smart plug-in hybrid technology that underpins the powertrain in the next-generation OMODA 9 SHS.

As the name suggests, a plug-in hybrid does require to be plugged into a home or public charging port to power the battery. However, the smart tech of the Super Hybrid System ensures that even when the powerful 35kWh battery never drops below 20% charge to keep you on the move more efficiently. 

From a full tank of fuel and a fully charged battery, the OMODA 9 SHS can produce 700+ miles of combined range! Although the OMODA SHS is officially plug-in hybrid system, at times it can run as a self-charging hybrid to maximise range and fuel economy.
