Chapelhouse Bolton service team declared Suzuki Saints

Two Chapelhouse Service team members have been made Suzuki Saints for their outstanding contributions to the business.  

Emma Kingston and Rebecca Louth of Chapelhouse Suzuki Bolton were delighted to be presented with their Suzuki Saint pin badges by Suzuki's National Aftersales Manager, John Bradley. 

John (left) said: “Emma and Rebecca have been recognised for their excellent customer service. They have been brilliant with their customers consistently.”  

 “It's a rare thing to be handing out two Suzuki Saints awards at the same time!” 

Such is their dedication, Suzuki have even received individual letters from customers expressing how well they've been treated by Chapelhouse Bolton Service department.  


Rebecca, who has years of experience being a Service Advisor, said: “It's something that I'm very passionate about, looking after everyone we get through the door. I've won several Service awards before, and this is one I'm proud to add to the rest.” 

“Dealership of the Year is our next goal,” added Emma, who is the Service Manager at Chapelhouse Suzuki Bolton.   

Phil Dodd, Chapelhouse Group Aftersales Manager, was also in attendance: “I'm very proud of what Emma and Rebecca have achieved, and I fully support their ambitions.”
