Chapelhouse Colleague Recognition Award – March 2023
We are delighted to announce that the Chapelhouse Colleague Recognition Award for March has gone to Max Pankhania. Max is the Business Manager at the Southport branch.
Max has been recognised by the colleagues because of the lengths he has gone to help out and make everyone else's life easier in the dealership.
Recently, Max has taken it upon himself to do training in his own time to become a personal mental health first aider, which is a fantastic ongoing achievement for himself personally, but also the people around him in the team who value his support greatly.
Chapelhouse Southport Head of Sales Riki Doyle was on hand to present Max with his award.
Riki said: “The training which Max has done in his own time just enforces how much of an asset to the business he is. Every now and then, he will also treat us to homemade naan bread, which I'm sure has also contributed to this award!”
Once again, congratulations to Max on his achievement on behalf of the Board of Directors and everyone at Chapelhouse.
