Nicola Greenwood shortlisted for British HR Awards 2024
We are delighted to announce that Chapelhouse Group Head of HR, Nicola Greenwood, has been shortlisted at the prestigious British HR Awards 2024 in the hotly contested 'Leader of the Year' category.
This marks a massive achievement for Nicola, having only joined Chapelhouse in the spring of 2023, though has a wealth of experience in HR leadership under her belt. The award nomination is also a huge credit to the whole Chapelhouse HR team.
Under Nicola's stewardship, Chapelhouse has seen improvements in workplace culture, employee engagement, and staff benefits and incentives.
Nicola said: “I am absolutely delighted to be shortlisted for Leader of the year at the British HR awards! It was a huge surprise to be nominated and shortlisted, being a top highlight of the year so far that I am enormously proud of!
“It is with massive thanks to the amazing leaders at Chapelhouse, whom I have the pleasure of working with, my fabulous HR team and whole Chapelhouse Group, who have made the journey so far, a pleasure! A special thanks to Phil Clay for his inspirational leadership, encouragement, and continued support! Thanks to all and good luck to all the shortlisted candidates!”
With a range of categories including 'Best Overall People Experience,' 'Diversity & Inclusion Initiative of the Year' and 'Leader of the Year', the British HR Awards 2024 sets out to discover and celebrate the organisations and individuals that are truly passionate about delivering a world-class people experience.
This year, just over 300 entries were received from organisations across the UK, and so competition to be named a Finalist proved to be especially tough. Firms taking part range from start-up innovators to public sector heroes, tech superstars, global titans and everything in between.
Nate Harwood, Founder of New Possible and British HR Awards judge said: "With a 40% increase in the number of entries this year, judging was both a great privilege and a real challenge. Congratulations to all the Finalists who have demonstrated the passion, commitment, and talent at the beating heart of British HR."
The winners will be revealed at a special celebration event in the shadow of London's world-famous Canary Wharf building on 16th April.
On behalf of the Board of Directors and everyone at Chapelhouse, good luck, Nicola!
