The Role
- Process vehicle sales orders accurately from order to delivery
- Ensure all documentation meets FCA, DVLA, and manufacturer requirements
- Manage registrations, invoicing, and deal files
- Liaise with finance companies, sales teams, and customers
- Maintain accurate records on internal systems
- Support audits and ensure full compliance
- Handle customer queries and track order progress.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator within the motor trade
- Strong understanding of vehicle sales processes, registrations, and compliance
- Experience using dealership management systems (e.g. Kerridge, CDK, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across departments and with customers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desirable
- FCA compliance knowledge and experience with regulated finance products
- Experience with both new and used vehicle sales
- Familiarity with manufacturer standards and audit processes.
