Chapelhouse is a leading motor retailing group that has been in business for 35 years, with 10 branches across the North West specialising in MG, Suzuki and our new brands Omoda and Jaecoo.

The Role
- Support the service department with scheduling and customer updates
- Provide a first-class end-to-end customer experience
- Identify upsell opportunities on accessories and service items
- Ensure all processes are completed accurately and in line with dealership standards
What We're Looking For
- Strong parts experience within the motor trade
- Previous experience in a dealership service advisor role
- Kerridge system knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Experience
- Service Advisor: 2 years (required)
- Automotive: 1 year (required)
