Suzuki wins Trusted Quality Provider Award
Suzuki GB PLC was delighted to collect the 'Trusted Quality Provider' prize at the recent UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2023.
The award wasn't just limited to car brands and was open to any organisation that prides itself on the excellence of its customer service.
The independent judging panel scored Suzuki highly for its strong and ongoing commitment to customers across a range of criteria. Suzuki was also shortlisted in the Customer Commitment Business-to-Business category.
The 'Trusted Quality Provider' award comes hot on the heels of another customer service accolade for Suzuki.
It was voted as the no.1 car brand in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) in January. The UKCSI measures customer satisfaction of 260 organisations across 13 business sectors, based on the customer experience and quality of service they provide. Suzuki placed joint-8th overall, alongside high street names such as Tesco Mobile, M&S and John Lewis in the top ten.
