Suzuki remains the no.1 car brand for customer satisfaction!

Suzuki has once again been ranked as the no.1 car brand for customer satisfaction by the Institute of Customer Service.

Its UK Customer Service Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) put Suzuki top in the Automotive sector, and 15th overall, among 270 named organisations.

The UKCSI is published twice per year, once in January and again in July. This is the eighth time since January 2019 that Suzuki has been rated as the best car brand for customer experiences!

Suzuki achieved a score of 82.9 points, compared to the average automotive industry score of 79.0, measured across car 26 brands.

Takanori Suzuki is the Managing Director of Suzuki GB PLC. He said: “We are very proud of our achievement to once again be in the first position in the Automotive sector of UKCSI. Consistent evolution of the Suzuki customer experience remains a core focus for us and the ongoing efforts of our staff and dealer network has once again really paid off.

“Without the support of our nationwide dealer network, and the hundreds of people that work tirelessly for the brand to deliver exceptional standards for our customers we could not have delivered such a fantastic result. I would like to congratulate everyone who has played a part to attain yet another excellent achievement in Customer Satisfaction.”

Over 15,000 consumers are asked to rate their experiences of dealing with companies across 13 different sectors, including the motor industry. Over 59,000 of these experiences were considered by the UKCSI, including over 4,000 for the Automotive sector.

Jo Causon, CEO of the Institute of Customer Service, added: “Congratulations to Suzuki on its position as the top Automotive brand for customer satisfaction. To deliver for customers, consistency is key, and Suzuki's performance in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index over recent years shows that its focus on the customer experience is paying off.”

This latest triumph for the brand comes hot on the heels of the Suzuki Swift and Suzuki Ignis being named as the best small cars in the What Car? Reliability Survey.

Suzuki is so confident of its bulletproof reliability rating that it introduced its Service Activated Warranty plan in 2023.

This is offered when a Suzuki car reaches the end of its standard 3-year/60,000-mile manufacturer warranty period. The Service Activated Warranty offers you a further 12-month warranty package when your car is serviced within the Suzuki Dealer network.

Once those 12 months are up, you can simply renew the deal with the next qualifying service, up to a vehicle age of seven years or 100,000 miles on the clock - whichever comes first.

Service Activated Warranty

Extend your warranty plan up to a maximum vehicle age of seven years when your car is serviced with a Suzuki Authorised Repairer.
