Colleague Recognition Award - February 2022
The Chapelhouse Colleague Recognition Award for February 2022 has been won by Nicola for her exceptional efforts in her role as Service Supervisor at Chapelhouse Southport.
Nicola was shocked to find out that she had won but the prize is well deserved. Phil Clay, Chapelhouse Group Operations Director, was on hand to present Nicola with her framed certificate, shopping vouchers and a bottle of prosecco.
He said: “Nicola has been with the business for a number of years and this award isn't just about the past month. She works hard consistently and fully deserves the recognition.”
Nicola had been nominated by a number of her colleagues, in recognition of her excellent customer service skills, outstanding knowledge of the Southport Service Department and her continued professional and friendly way in which she works.
Nicola admitted she was surprised to be presented with the award: “It was a completely unexpected. I'm overwhelmed by it. It's just really nice to get positive feedback from my colleagues.
“The prosecco hasn't been opened yet, but I did have a drink on Saturday night to celebrate!”
Phil added: “I'd like to wish Nicola a massive congratulations. It wasn't just one person that nominated Nicola, it was several people. That just goes to show how highly regarded she is held by her colleagues.”
The Chapelhouse Colleague Recognition Award was introduced at the start of this year to reward the staff that go above and beyond.
